Hi, my name is Slate. I am a wonderful purry affectionate boy. My vet says I may be part Russian Blue. All I know is that I like to cuddle and prefer a warm soft lap to sleep on. I enjoy the company of other cats as long as they are friendly and like me too. I was a neutered boy living outside and some wonderful people from over in Tennessee rescued me from a life outside. I was really skinny as I hadn't been able to find much food on my own. Unfortunately when I was tested, I came up positive for the FIV virus. I must have been fighting at one point with other kitties as we where trying to find food. I am really not aggressive and I can be either be an only cat or would love the attention and companionship of other non-aggressive kitties. Please, Oh Please take a chance on me. I would love to be your kitty and have a warm comfy bed to sleep in or share.
