Ms. Socks is a two-year-old black and white domestic shorthair who was surrendered to Animal Control together with her two little black kittens. She is a little shy, but a sweet girl. Her babies were weaned and adopted and she has been spayed, wormed, and is up-to-date on her shots. Ms. Socks has been with Friends for Life since July, patiently waiting for someone to adopt her. She is available from HC Friends for Life for an adoption fee of $57. HC Friends for Life animals live in foster homes in Watauga County. Most are strays or owner turn-ins to Watauga County Animal Control. You can meet them at the Saturday Pet Fair at Lowe's Hardware in Boone from 11 am to 5 pm. If you cannot make it out to the Pet Fair, call Charlotte at 828-263-9150 to inquire about Ms. Socks.
