Shadow is a friendly one- to two-year-old black domestic shorthair. He has been neutered, wormed, updated on his shots and has been with Friends for Life since May, patiently waiting for someone to adopt him. He is available from HC Friends for Life for an adoption fee of $57. HC Friends for Life animals live in foster homes in Watauga County. Most are strays or owner turn-ins to Watauga County Animal Control. You can meet them at the Saturday Pet Fair at Lowe's Hardware in Boone from 11 am to 5 pm.
