These girls need a very special and patient owner. Their owner passed away this past April and they have been through alot. It took them 3 months to warm up to me, but now they are loving, cuddly little girls who crave attention. I have 3 dogs of my own and I work 2 jobs so I just do not have the time they need. I want to be upfront and honest so they get the perfect home. They are not potty trained. I have tried to get them to go on pee pads which they do about 80% of the time. They are a mother-daughter team and have never lived apart so I want someone who can take both. They each weigh, I'm guessing about 5 to 7 pounds. They both are up to date on their shots and rabies. I don't believe they are "fixed" but I never see any blood. Percy, the mother (black and white), I've been told is a Feist but I'm not sure what kind of breed that is. She looks just like a Chihuahua to me. She is approx. 8 years old. The daughter, JoJo (tan color), turned 6 years old this past April 11th. The father was a full mini pomeranian. They have been through so much neglect over the past few years so, of course, are pretty skittish (like many Chihuahuas are anyway). But once they warm up to you, they are just precious. They love to sleep on my bed with me, under the covers. LOVE belly scratches and kisses. They don't chew on anything. The perfect owner will be an older, mature person who's home alot. No big dogs in home please and NO kids, please. I think visiting kids, such as grandchildren might be ok. They don't like alot of noise. Please call Jodie at (828)777-7306 if seriously interested.
