Georgia is awesome! Please read some of her story- Animal Control picked her up as a stray on the side of a rural mountain road and she was in "jail" with another pup who had been picked up earlier that day. Well, I couldn't leave them there. I took them to the vet to get their weight and to show them to the girls at the vet's office (my 2nd home)....While there, I began seeing ticks on Georgia and myself. My friend, Danielle, took Georgia to the back and pulled of 18 tiny ticks from her 3 lb. body. When I got her home, I soaked her in baby oil to drown any remaining ticks so that I could get them off her. I stayed up all night- literally. I stopped counting the ticks when I got past 85. She had well over 100 on her- one was embedded under her eye and she was suffering terribly from all the bites. But you would never know it now! She is my shadow, constant companion and loyal friend! Georgia is UTD on all her shots and has been de-wormed. She is on Advantage Multi and HAS BEEN SPAYED! She has grown up in a house with 8 other dogs, 4 adults and 4 puppies and small children and teens. She loves to play with the other dogs until she wears herself out then she will lay at my feet or keep my chair warm for me. Loves to snuggle and taught herself how to jump up on my bed when she was very tiny. She does have house priveleges, but is not completely potty trained so she sleeps in a crate.
