$500 per month, plus gas and electricity. Expanded cable TV, water & trash removal provided.

Deposit/lease agreement. First and last months rent as well as $500 security deposit. Monthly rent can be put on credit or debit card. Security deposit can be paid with 2nd month’s rent.
